Cleaning Guidelines & Policies
Please review our guidelines below – they ensure a smooth and effective cleaning experience.
We will appreciate it if the house is prepared for cleaning before the cleaners arrive:
- We can take care of a couple of dishes. More dishes are considered as an extra service. We charge $15 per 1 load.
- Please “pick up” as much as possible (toys, clothes, etc). This will allow us to focus more on detail and quality for you.
Reminder: Please let us know if you would like to add an organizing service. - If sheets need to be changed please put the new set on the bed (1 bed is included in the price).
Cancellation policy
We block out time slots on the cleaner’s schedule for your cleaning, so please give us at least 24 hours notice for any changes.
Cancellation fee is $50 if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
2 sick cancellations per year – no charge.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning you can let us know within 24 hours of your cleaning and we’ll relean the missed areas for free.
Note for the first cleaning
Since we don’t do in-home estimates, cleaning time and price are based on your information.
If we realize during the cleaning that we might need more time, we’ll let you know right away. Then, we can discuss if you’d like to extend the time or focus on specific areas within the original timeframe.
